About the Firm Marcia Fritz & Company has provided accounting, auditing and consulting services to a variety of nonprofit and governmental clients for twenty-five years. We consist of two CPA's and three paraprofessionals. We have strategic alliances with national and regional CPA firms that increase our capacity to respond rapidly when unique issues arise. The firm also provides tax, business valuations, litigation support and accounting and consulting services to small businesses.

The firm has been located in Citrus Heights since 1985. As a result, we understand the issues, the economy, the people and the culture. We know what business and residents expect in terms of services. We know that changes need to happen to ensure a business's future survival. We will respond to those changes with passion and objectivity that can only come with intense familiarity.

In 2002, the firm invested considerable resources in obtaining 300 hours of training and implementing management systems developed by Sterling Management Systems. Sterling Management Systems has assisted over 600 CPA firms like ours and has been honored by Inc. 500 magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies. Since implementing their ethics and business success programs, our firm has greatly improved in our ability to consistently provide consulting and audit services to our clients timely, accurately and efficiently. From this management service, Marcia has developed and conducted ethics training sessions as part of our management consulting services. Each session is customized based on the company's policies and procedures and emphasizes active participation by management and employees.
